Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the product has a defect. Please note that because each item is completely handmade, some variations and imperfections in your finished product will occur. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right.

This Blessing Bead item is interchangeable and was designed so that the Blessing Bead may be removed and replaced with a different bead.  To add or remove beads, simply use a twisting motion and slide the bead  on or off the end without the clasp. When adding a bead, feed the chain end through the opening and slowly twist the bead over the end cap.
